Sitting in a quiet place to be alone with ourselves for a few minutes each day sounds simple enough, however many find it an almost impossible thing to achieve. Maybe many of you have thought of trying it, but never got around to it. Maybe some of you have tried and not gone back for various reasons.
At Inner Yoga we teach a simple yet very powerful meditation technique. The purpose of the meditation is to connect to who you truly are.
